BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Refunds

Online payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your seat.

For classes and workshops, I only accept prior payment online, no cash is kept at the class location.

Cancellations later than 12 hours (24 hours for morning classes) prior to class start time for any reason will not be refunded or credited.

If you have a class pass and cancel a class with less than 12 (or 24) hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack.
-
Please do not ask us to break this golden rule, it is in place to ensure that all participants have a positive experience and to deter consistent no shows and late cancellations.

Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time.

Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time will receive a credit towards a future class, availability and similar cost.

Private classes need to be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

One off purchases such as the class pass packs are non refundable, non transferable and must be used within the expiry date provided when you make the initial purchase.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds given for lowered prices, the same as we will not ask you to pay more for an increased price after your payment is received,

Workshops, courses, programmes, events and similar must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to their first start date to receive a full refund, no refunds can be given after.

Waiting Lists
​
When a space becomes available in class four hours or more prior to the class start time, the first user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the user a notification. The user will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received prior to the start of class I cannot guarantee the availability of the space. Once the space has been confirmed, the booking terms apply.

Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher

Classes may be cancelled by me, where possible I will provide a substitute teacher before cancelling the class. Class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. Exchanges or a refunded pass will be given if there is a timetable change that users cannot attend.​

Intellectual Property Rights

All Content included on this website and the copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in that Content, unless specifically labelled otherwise, belongs to or has been licensed by me. All Content is protected by applicable United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws and treaties.
